In the case of certain complaints, damage during delivery, errors in transmission or other defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to file a complaint to our store by e-mail at email@example.com, by phone at + 385915399999, in writing within the legal period of 14 days or through our online form for the unilateral termination of the purchase contract.
The right to reclamation buyer / user acquires if:
- • goods are not delivered according to instructions from the order
- • the delivered goods do not meet the standards
- • there was damage during delivery
When the goods are received, the buyer has to check the goods, and the customer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, it is immediately necessary to mention that the subsequent claims will not be respected. All these complaints will be resolved in agreement with the contracting authority or the recipient of goods.
